Exchange and/or Withdrawal

In the event that you exercise your right of withdrawal, you have a maximum of 14 days to return your item, in its original packaging, intact, accompanied by all accessories, user manuals, and documentation, along with the invoice for your order.

BY CLASSY LDA undertakes to refund the amounts paid by the customer without any additional fees, except for shipping and return costs.

Customized items, made exclusively to order, cannot be returned or exchanged and are not eligible for the 14-day withdrawal right provided by law.

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 15 days, to your credit card if you paid by card, or to your PayPal account if that was your payment method.

Defects

In the event of an apparent defect, the buyer retains the right to return the item under the conditions outlined in this document.
